Located in Downtown Toronto, 400 Front Street West is the redevelopment of surface parking lots to include 1.5 million square feet of space in four towers between 24 and 60 stories high. Both North and South podiums will house retail and public space including a 4,000 sf grocery store. A two- story pavilion located in the center of the site is also a main component  in tying the development all together. This pavilion is proposed to be a cultural venue or community facility depending on how the complex advances.

Extensive public walkways through the site will focus on making the adjacent Clarence Square more accessible by pedestrians from the South and East as well as infusing the area with significant vibrancy.
